How the diet plan works
In the members area you have your full diet plan, recipe ideas and many downloadable resources all about healthy eating and diet. You also have your 17 premium content explainer videos to help guide you through your weight loss journey.
The diet plan has 3 different approaches 1) continuous calorie reduction 2) intermittent calorie reduction and 3) a more intuitive eating approach. We offer 3 options because we understand everyone is different and will respond to different approaches. In fact, most people will likely follow a combination of all 3 approaches. Life is constantly changing and so you need to be flexible. Therefore, the plan is also flexible to suit your needs. There is no single diet formula to achieve long term weight loss but instead multiple strategies.
