The diet plan has 3 different approaches 1) continuous calorie reduction 2) intermittent calorie reduction and 3) a more intuitive eating approach. We offer 3 options because we understand everyone is different and will respond to different approaches. In fact, most people will likely follow a combination of all 3 approaches. Life is constantly changing and so you need to be flexible. Therefore, the plan is also flexible to suit your needs. There is no single diet formula to achieve long term weight loss but instead multiple strategies.

The obvious question for most people turning to private health care is should I access this for free on the NHS. The NHS does offer weight loss support, however the level of service varies region to region between tier 2 support workers and tier 3 dietitian led services.
These services offer terrific support but can be limited in their consultation times or frequency of contact.
The benefit of private support is the flexibility, the frequency of appointments, the contact between appointments and the time allocated to you for each 1:1.
